Hvorfor udfases Z-rapporter i NemTakeAway POS?

Why are Z-reports being phased out in NemTakeAway POS?

The legal requirements for digital sales registration are changing from January 1, 2024. This includes, among others, takeaway establishments with turnovers between 50,000 and 10 million DKK.

The new legal requirements are part of a political agreement. It requires businesses in certain industries to acquire a digital sales registration system (POS system).

The cash register system must be able to generate a report with the day’s turnover in a Z report. One of the requirements is that the POS system can transmit data in accordance with the OECD standard SAF-T (Standard Audit File – Tax).

Since NemTakeAway POS does not support this file format, Z reports are phased out in NemTakeAway POS.

We encourage you to stay updated regularly on the legal requirements on SKAT’s website.
